3D Life Equipped Curriculum
Our curriculum is made up of several different aspects that are designed to teach a three dimensional lifestyle.
Phase 1: ‘Welcome Home’- First 30 days of the program. The focus of this phase is to develop a sense of ownership and security in a new environment with new relationships.
Phase 2: ‘The View’- Months 2 and 3 in the program. This phase allows the student to take a panoramic view of the effect that his decisions and circumstances have on his past, present, and future.
Phase 3: ‘Equipped’- Months 4, 5, and 6. After gaining this new perspective, it is now necessary to equip each student with the knowledge of who he is in Christ and the essential tools for his success. At this phase of his program there is increased visitation time in family recovery, deeper meaning to character building adventures, and higher expectation of leadership in the work program.
Phase 4: ‘The Journey’- Months 7, 8, and 9. Having been equipped for success, it is now time to plan for the future. In this phase each student will not only map out a strategy for living life in 3D, they will implement their plans in real life scenarios as close to life after program as possible. This process allows a young man to begin practicing success while still in an environment of structure and accountability. |
